When two or more AVs are listed on a referral with different addresses, the referral will need to be cloned as each referral will need to be assigned according to the address/county of residence of each AV.
Cloning of referrals must be completed during the screening process, before the referral is auto-routed, otherwise there will be no ability to add APs or allegations to the referral.
- Select Clone tab from top right hand side of the referral
- Review the information on the page and ensure all information is correct.
- Select save.
- Ensure information is correct on cloned referral.
- Add AP(s) if applicable.
- Add allegation(s).
- Proceed with screening/assigning per RED Unit Protocol/Merge Protocol
