Legend for Status Bar in AVA

See below the meaning of each color in the status bar in AVA.
1. For Initial Interview (IN), there are three indicators as seen above.
a. IN° with the RED DOT means that the Initial Interview – Victim is past the due date, or hasn’t been documented in AVA yet. This status will remain unchanged until ALL AV(s) in the referral have a documented Initial Interview – Victim
b. IN highlighted in GRAY means that an Initial Interview – Victim – Failed Attempt for the AV(s) has been documented in the referral.
c. IN highlighted in GREEN means that an Initial Interview – Victim has been documented for all AV(s) in the referral.
2. For Risks Needs Capacity assessment (RNC), Service Plan (SP), and Allegation(s) (AL) there are four indicators as seen above.
a. RNC, SP, or AL highlighted in GRAY means that the task is currently In-Progress but has not yet been submitted.
b. RNC, SP, or AL highlighted in YELLOW means that the task has been submitted and is awaiting supervisor approval.
c. RNC, SP, or AL highlighted in RED means the task has been rejected by the supervisor and must be corrected then resubmitted for approval.
d. RNC, SP, or AL highlighted in GREEN means the task has been approved by the supervisor.
