- Guardianship: If the case has an active Title 43a or pending 43a guardianship, the case can be submitted for closure with follow-up. (This is only for investigations as all Title 43a guardianships should be escalated to Investigations)
- Guardianship Voucher: If the case has a pending guardianship voucher, the case should be submitted for closure with follow-up.
- Medicaid Involved: If a client has a pending Medicaid case with AFS, the case should be closed with follow-up until the Medicaid case is resolved.
- Other: The case may also be closed with follow-up if there is concern about AV’s ongoing safety/well-being or stability of services.
