Allegation of non-caretaker exploitation is substantiated in the amount of $983.00. There is sufficient evidence that alleged perpetrator Marty Shiner accessed alleged victim (AV), Laura Wilder’s income and resources for his own benefit. AP was hired by AV to perform renovations on AV’s barn. Review of bank records from AV’s account at City National Bank show cash app transactions in AP’s name. AP did admit to making cash app transactions on AV’s account. A police report was made by family, AP was arrested and is currently incarcerated in the Koala County jail pending trial.
